2. Participating in Giveaways

• Participation in giveaways is voluntary and requires membership in the application's Discord server
• There is no legal entitlement to a prize. Legal recourse is excluded.
• If you win, the requested information (e.g. shipping address) must be submitted within 2 weeks of notification, otherwise the claim to the prize is forfeited.
• Multiple entries using several accounts, as well as attempts at manipulation, will result in exclusion from current and future giveaways.

3. Use of the Dashboard

• Access is via Discord login. Each user is responsible for the security of their own Discord account.
• Automated access, scraping, or attempts to circumvent security measures are prohibited.
• Access to the dashboard may be restricted or revoked in the event of a violation of these terms or of Discord's or Twitch's own terms of service.

4. Moderation

Roles and permissions on the Discord server may be adjusted based on moderation actions on the connected Twitch channel (e.g. bans, timeouts). Details are governed by our moderation log.

5. Liability

The services are provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. No liability is assumed for outages, data loss, or the actions of third parties (in particular Discord Inc. and Twitch Interactive, Inc.), to the extent permitted by law.
