2. Overview of Processing

We process the following personal data:

  • Discord login data (user ID, username, avatar) when logging in via Discord OAuth2
  • Server membership and roles (to display servers and permissions you are authorized for)
  • When participating in a giveaway: the data you voluntarily provide (e.g. postal address, Twitch username), depending on the specific giveaway
  • Twitch username (if linked via the server integration)
  • Moderation data (Twitch and Discord moderation actions such as bans, timeouts, warnings) as part of community moderation
  • Technical: IP address and access timestamp (server-side logs)

3. Purpose of Processing

  • Authentication and providing the dashboard
  • Running giveaways and delivering prizes
  • Moderating the community (Discord server and connected Twitch channel)
  • Live notifications when a stream starts

4. Legal Basis (Art. 6 GDPR)

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures) for login and giveaway participation
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for moderation purposes (maintaining a safe community)

5. Recipients / Processors

  • Discord Inc. (login provider)
  • Twitch Interactive, Inc. (stream and moderation data)
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting/securing the website, Cloudflare Tunnel)

6. Storage Period

  • Giveaway data: up to 4 weeks after the prize has been shipped/delivered, then deleted
  • Moderation data: 12 months from the time of recording, then deleted
  • Login session: ends on logout or once the technical session validity expires

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). Please contact us at the address given above to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht).

8. Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies to maintain your login session. These do not require consent under § 25(2) TTDSG (German Telecommunications-Digital-Services-Data-Protection Act).
